On 19 June 2026, the Royal Institute Campus became a meeting point for ambition, opportunity and the future of work as RIC Career Fair 2026 brought together 150+ students and alumni and 25+ leading organisations from diverse industries.
Designed to bridge the gap between the classroom and the professional world, the Career Fair gave RIC’s undergraduates, recent graduates and alumni the opportunity to connect directly with employers, explore career pathways, seek career guidance, and discover opportunities ranging from internships and graduate employment to full-time and part-time roles.
The event welcomed students from across RIC’s diverse academic community, including LLB, Economics & Finance, Psychology, Economics & Management, Data Science & Business Analytics, Management & Digital Innovation, Accounting & Finance, Business & Management, Mechanical Engineering and International Relations. The largest groups of participants came from LLB and Economics & Finance, each representing 27.3% of respondents.
Students explored career opportunities across fields including Finance & Investment, Law & Legal, Consulting, Research & Analytics, Human Resources, Technology & Data Science, Marketing & Communications, Education, Operations, and Insurance & Risk. Internship opportunities emerged as the most sought-after, followed by full-time employment, career advice and graduate employment.
Throughout the day, employer booths, networking opportunities, career guidance and on-site recruitment activities created a highly engaging environment for students to interact with industry professionals.
The Career Fair also became a platform for direct recruitment, with industry partners conducting interviews with students across the event. Participating organisations included

June 13, 2025 – The Royal Institute Campus (RIC) successfully hosted its highly anticipated RIC Career Fair 2025, bringing together talented students and leading organisations for an engaging day of career exploration, professional networking and industry exposure.
Held at the Royal Institute Campus, the Career Fair was designed to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world, providing RIC students with direct access to employers, valuable internship opportunities and meaningful insights into today’s evolving workplace.
The primary objective of the RIC Career Fair 2025 was to empower students with practical career guidance, help them build strong professional networks and create pathways towards future employment. The enthusiastic participation of both students and industry representatives highlighted the importance of connecting young talent with the right opportunities at an early stage of their professional journey.
The event attracted an impressive 130 participants, reflecting the strong interest among RIC students in discovering diverse career opportunities, gaining industry exposure and engaging directly with potential employers. Students from several RIC programmes actively participated in the Career Fair, including EMFSS (Economics, Management, Finance and Social Sciences), Law (LLB), Psychology and Deakin, demonstrating the broad relevance of the event across different academic disciplines.
The event also provided students with an invaluable opportunity to engage directly with employers, seek career advice, explore internship placements and gain a deeper understanding of potential career pathways aligned with their academic interests and aspirations.
